Hired Attorney 2025I retained Joseph Rhodes, who was acting as Of Counsel for Industria Business Lawyers LLP, for a time-sensitive business dispute. Unfortunately, the representation did not meet reasonable professional expectations. During the engagement, there were persistent issues with responsiveness, uncertainty about whether key actions were actually completed, and an inability to provide clear confirmation for filings and communications that were billed as performed. Given the urgency of the matter, verification and follow-through were critical and were not reliably provided. It also became apparent that the matter fell outside his core practice experience. This was a high-stakes, fast-moving dispute that required disciplined procedural execution and careful tracking, yet basic verification and administrative support appeared lacking. These issues were especially concerning given the high fees charged. Despite those fees, we were required to spend significant time reconstructing the record ourselves, and the engagement was ultimately terminated. A fee dispute is now pending, and we are seeking a full refund based on the deficiencies in the representation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney.

Hired Attorney 2023-2024Do not and I repeat do not spend your money with this person. He doesn't even deserve to be called a lawyer. He will take your money and do nothing. He took $5000 of my hard earned money for a case 9 months ago. I haven't heard anything about the case. He doesn't return calls or emails. The court doesn't have any updates to the case. Its in the same state as it was when hired. You owe money to him . He will bug the crap out of you until you pay it. I have proof I paid $5000. Where's his proof of work. Joseph Rhodes is a liar and horrible person. Save your money and go else where.
