Nicholas Pegorer - Cartersville, GA

Attorney Nicholas “Nico” Pegorer is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on criminal defense and immigration law. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Nico relocated to Georgia with his family, where he continued his academic and professional journey.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, graduating with honors from the University of Georgia, before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Mercer University School of Law.

Nico is known for his strong public speaking abilities and charismatic courtroom presence, which he leverages to effectively advocate for his clients. His dedication to excellence began in the classroom and continues to define his legal career.

He brings a well-rounded perspective to his practice, having served as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney throughout the state of Georgia, where he has handled complex and high-profile felony cases. Nico also has experience representing clients in immigration matters, including cases that intersect with criminal defense, as well as assisting with immigration processes involving USCIS.

Outside of the courtroom, Nico enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and cooking. He is of Argentinian and Guatemalan decent and is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to better serve a diverse range of clients.
