For over seven decades, Boling Rice LLC, being the successor to the law firm founded by attorney Leon Boling in 1946, has provided excellent legal services in the north Georgia and metro Atlanta areas. Our firm offers a general legal practice, providing a wide range of services including, but not limited to: real estate transactions, estate planning, probate administration, business entity formation, municipal and utility company representation, mediation and arbitration.

The attorneys at Boling Rice LLC are significantly involved in local civic and philanthropic organizations and serve in various leadership roles in the community. Several of our attorneys have served in judicial capacities, including the late Richard B. Neville, Jr., who was a Georgia Superior Court judge; the late Larry H. Boling, who was a municipal court judge; and the Honorable Jeffrey S. Bagley, who is the current chief judge of the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit Superior Court.
