    Recommends this Law firm
The Law Office of Rachel St. Fleur is the best in town. Attorney St. Fleur is very professional, responsive and gets the job done right away. If there was a situation or new development in the law that she was unfamiliar with, she didn’t hesitate to pull up case law or contact her mentors in the legal community to assist. I appreciate her honesty. She wanted to ensure that I was informed about everything. She kept me in the loop and there were no surprises during the process. In the courtroom she was phenomenal and represented me very well. Thank you Attorney St. Fleur for helping my family.

I was referred to this firm by a co-worker and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I’ve received. Attorney St. Fleur operates with the utmost professionalism, a calming sense, and a wealth of knowledge and experience to make you feel in trusted hands. She was very responsive and was very timely in responding to phone calls and emails. She went above and beyond to educate me on the law as it applies to my situation which helped me determine with confidence which services I needed.

    Consulted Law firm 2021-2022
Rachel St.Fleur has been extremely unprofessional. She talks with aggression and absolutely no respect or empathy for her client or potential clients situations. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worse enemy. If I was able to give zero stars, zero stars would be given!! The worse encounter I’ve been in with someone that’s suppose to help you through your situation.

Hello Latasha Spears, I sincerely apologize for the experience that you allege that you’ve received; however, I have never communicated with you and I’ve confirmed that you did not retain my firm nor did we even have a consultation with a reference to your legal matter. I hope that your legal situation was resolved to your satisfaction. Best wishes to you. Atty Rachel St. Fleur

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
