Overview
Doyle is from Savannah and was raised in Hinesville, GA.
He attended the University of Tampa and was commissioned in the Infantry in the Army Reserve.
After law school at Mercer University, Doyle transferred to the JAG Corps and served as a military attorney until his military retirement. Doyle concurrently served with the Department of Defense (DoD) as a civilian special agent.
Doyle met his wife in Macon during the Flood of '94 when she was a water distribution volunteer, and he was in Macon on disaster relief duty. They returned to Macon after retiring from the DoD. They enjoy spending time with their church family.
As a DoD agent, Doyle was responsible for investigating complex criminal, civil, and administrative matters. Doyle investigated matters pertaining to contracts and vendors; healthcare false claims; employee misconduct; and bribery, kickbacks, and theft. Doyle's work frequently involved audits and external inquiries.
Doyle has expert knowledge conducting business and non-profit investigations and can help organizations and their attorneys when workplace allegations or government accusations are made against individuals or the organization. Doyle's work portfolio included compliance and due diligence matters. Prior to joining Anderson, Walker & Reichert, Doyle served as a consultant to the Department of Justice's Market Integrity and Major Frauds unit.
As a military attorney, Doyle counseled service members and their families on financial planning, and prepared wills, powers of attorney, and medical directives implementing estate plans. In addition, Doyle has extensive work experience with banking and other financial service areas.
Doyle helps individual clients plan the disposition and distribution of their assets to obtain long-term care and beneficiary goals. He assists clients with developing financial plans and strategies that include utilization of Social Security, Medicare, SSI, and Medicaid benefits. Doyle helps disabled family members with special needs via trusts and other strategies to maximize and protect assets.
Doyle assists businesses and other entities with workplace and government inquiries, to help protect stakeholder interests, while establishing facts and resolving issues arising from operations.
These internal investigations are necessary for clients to know what an outside entity will be evaluating and seeking.
Doyle also supports Anderson, Walker & Reichert's defense of military personnel, and military administrative matters.
