William Noland, a highly experienced trial lawyer in Macon, has extensive experience presenting cases before juries and judges across state and federal courts throughout Georgia. With over two decades of experience, he has represented defendants in criminal and civil cases throughout Georgia in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Noland provides representation in matters concerning criminal defense, DUI defense, federal criminal defense, personal injury, and employee and whistleblower rights. He prides himself on representing those who have been falsely accused, injured by the negligence of others, or who are navigating an unfair and oppressive working environment.
Mr. Noland graduated from Auburn University in 1997 and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2000. He received his license to practice law in Georgia in 2000 and has been admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Mr. Noland has tried dozens of cases to verdict and prides himself on his work and skill in the courtroom.
A prominent figure in his legal community, Mr. Noland has served as the past president of the Macon Bar Association, the William Augustus Bootle American Inn of Court and the Macon Bar Young Lawyers Division. He is also affiliated with the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
