Alejandro “Alex” Arca, is the founder and principal attorney at Alejandro Arca - Arca Law. He is a proud military veteran, whom has crafted a remarkable career that bridges his past military service and corporate work into a highly successful criminal defense practice.

Alex brings a unique perspective to his criminal defense practice. As the son of immigrants, he’s personally experienced the tragedy of having a family member wrongfully executed in Cuba. He understands the importance of fighting for others and defending the constitutional rights of his clients. He speaks both Spanish and English fluently.

With a passion for fighting for the rights of others, Alex enlisted in the United States Army at the beginning of the surge in Iraq during his law school education. After his demanding training in the United States Army, Alex volunteered to deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan and served in the 2nd Infantry Division and 10th Mountain Combat Aviation Brigade, then launching a career as a Judge Advocate, taking on roles as legal advisor, prosecutor and defense counsel. Alex then went on to serve as a Corporate Attorney for United HealthCare, Siemens and The Home Depot.

With over 20 years of experience, and to provide the best representation to his clients, Alex focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense. He has been recognized for his vast expertise in DUI defense and in drug crime related cases. Alex fights for his clients and has handled a wide range of cases involving the most serious violent crimes, theft, and sex offenses.

Prior to founding Alejandro Arca - Arca Law, Alex spent many years as a named partner in a local criminal defense law firm, Howard and Arca, Attorneys at Law. He uses the same negotiation skills on prosecutors that he used negotiating on behalf three Fortune 25 companies (The Home Depot and Siemens) as their counsel to obtain the best results for his clients.
