Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and intellectual property law. Her practice focuses primarily on representing private companies in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, and contractual issues

In addition, Jennifer specializes in intellectual property, including trademark and copyright prosecution. She advises clients on the creation, development and management of intellectual property portfolios as well as the acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property rights.

Jennifer was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2007 and to the State Bar of Montana in 2022. She is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts in Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia as well as the Supreme Court of Georgia. Jennifer is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Management with an Accounting Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology with Highest Honor in 2004. During her time at the University of Georgia, Jennifer was awarded the State Bar of Georgia Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor Law American Bar Association as well as the Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor Law.

Jennifer lives in Montana with her husband and two children. They enjoy skiing, hiking, and taking advantage of the beautiful Montana landscape.
