Overview

John Moore founded the law firm in January of 1984, though he has been practicing law in Cobb County since 1970. As the senior partner of Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, John oversees the Commercial Real Estate Department. In addition, John's practice emphasizes all aspects of land development by specializing in zoning, condemnation, drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, as well as handling a variety of property-related litigation. John is an active member, and past president, of the Cobb County Bar Association and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia where he has previously served on the Board of Governors. He is a member of the Board of Bar Examiners and is a member of the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism.

Born in Moultrie, Georgia, April 23, 1945, John was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1970 after receiving his bachelors degree from Mercer University where he also received his law degree.

John has three children: Kevin, Traci and Bradley, and is married to the former Robin Bradley.
