Nicholas Lastra - Marietta, GA

Nicholas A. Lastra joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP in 2023, as a member of the Nashville litigation department. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation and Insurance defense with a specific focus on medical malpractice, civil rights actions, municipal liability and personal injury litigation.

Raised in Alameda, California, Nicholas attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he obtained a B.A. in Law and Society in 2000. He was then admitted to Southwestern Law School where he obtained his J.D. and served as a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and oralist in national corporate law moot court competitions.

After practicing law in California, Nicholas moved to Tennessee in 2008 and joined the law firm Howell & Fisher, PLLC. He then joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2023. He works in the Brentwood office and lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife, Courtney and their daughter Olivia, and he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing tennis.
