Chuck Pardue was an enlisted Viet Nam Veteran with service in Viet Nam, who later served as an officer in the Army Judge Advocate's Corp and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1996. He practices military and personal injury law in the Augusta Georgia area near Fort Gordon. Over the years he obtained for his clients over $200,000,000 in structureded injury settlements and other cash awards for his clients. He has tried over 100 military and civilian jury trials and over 1,000 administrative hearings. He is proud that he currently represents over 100 disabled veterans and their dependents in Federal Tort Claim Act (FTCA), VA disability appeals, motor vechicle accidents, Social Security , and in probate court matters.
