Hired Law firm 2020-2021I do believe in supporting black businesses with integrity. My father hired Mr. Toombs to prepare his Will, he passed Christmas 2020. My father married a younger woman who was more interested in material things than fathers health. He was diagnosed with vascular dementia/Alzheimer. He willed me his house and other things as as well as named me as executor, prior to his death I was his poa/healthcare agent. Wife has an elderly abuse claim on record and also a restraining order for threatening to kill me. Mr. Toombs decided he would also represent her to become conservatorship of my father. I tried to explain last year all these things but I go nowhere. Wife is now contesting my dads last wishes. Contacted the attorney who prepared will (Mr. Toombs) to speak with him. He indicated he could not because it is a conflict of interest. I asked you forgot you prepared by fathers will . He cant recall. SMH where is the ethics..PROCEED WITH CAUTION WITH THIS ATTORNEYS OFFICE MY STORY SAYS IT ALL

Hired Law firm 2018-2019UNPROFFESIONAL AS I DONT KNOW WHAT. he communicates terrible, he had my mom come across town TWO days in a row just to not be prepared for what HE called us in for. we traveled 40 minutes across town just for him to say he did not have the paperwork he needed for me to sign and couldnt get access too it. He told us to come back the following day and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience on BOTH days nor compensate a gas card or anything. His wife that works with him is just as unprofessional. They didn’t handle our situation properly at all, they waste time, and are very ill mannered. would definitely NOT recommend. also it took the almost a YEAR to settle this over a little accident. just not time efficient workers nor do they care about the customers
