Hilary Hunter is a trial lawyer representing each of her clients with the utmost respect and dignity while pursuing their case. She has a diverse litigation practice focusing in the areas of premises liability, negligent security liability, wrongful death, slip and falls, automobile liability, bad-faith litigation and insurance coverage issues.
Throughout her career, Hilary has successfully tried cases as well as mediated cases to resolution. She has argued cases at the trial court level, in front of the Georgia Court of Appeals and in federal court.
Hilary says the thing she enjoys most about practicing law is helping her clients and feeling like she is making a difference. Hilary regularly counsels clients in order to have an in depth understanding of the client’s needs in the pursuit of justice. Hilary is her client’s best advocate and wants a complete understanding of the task at hand to assist clients from pre-litigation investigations to early case evaluations to trials in order to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
