Overview

Scott has handled DUI and criminal cases for 15 years. He has handled thousands of DUI cases, drug cases, theft, and domestic violence cases - while communicating with clients and their families, keeping everyone well-informed every step of the way.

Scott possess specialized training in the areas of DUI - he is certified in SFST (roadside sobriety tests) and ARIDE (advanced DUI and Drug impairment). A former prosecutor, Scott handled misdemeanor and felony DUIs, Vehicular Homicides, Theft, Elder Exploitation, Aggravated Assault, Firearm charges, Child Abuse cases, and Murder.

As a former prosecutor, Scott saw first-hand how a good attorney can positively influence the outcome of cases. Now, Scott uses his experience, skills, and training to vigorously defend clients and their rights.

Scott graduated from Vanderbilt University and from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. He lives in Savannah, with his wife and two children. His family attends Blessed Sacrament Church.
