Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Mr. Brown earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, he worked for an Atlanta-based law firm specializing in trust and estate planning and civil litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Brown graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University where he accepted an invitation to join the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
Outside of his work with the firm, Mr. Brown serves on the Board of Trustees for the Watson-Brown Foundation, which awards annually more than $5 million in merit and need-based college scholarships to Georgia and South Carolina students and owns and operates five historic homes throughout Georgia.
