Hired Law firm 2021I was told my property was surveyed and all corners marked by this office via email. This was not true and I was told that they would get with the builders for help and they would send me the contact information for the most recent surveyor. None of which has happened. I have been going back and forth with them and now they are refusing to help after saying they would. If anyone is looking for help I do not recommend them. If anyone would like copies of these emails please let me know.

Hired Law firm 2021They made me wait 2 weeks to talk to an attorney on a time-sensitive matter. After my initial consultation regarding real estate, I was told a demand letter would be sent same day. After asking multiple times over both phone and email, an additional 2 weeks later I reached the office and was told they declined to represent me due to a conflict of interests. Extremely poor communication and unprofessional.

Hired Law firm 2014-2019I have been doing closings for quite some time now at Beau Kaye & Associates, I have always been treated as if I was a close family friend. They are professional and making sure that no mistakes are made that will cost me time or money, in fact Beau ensures I get a better deal if I do a cash closing. They even give me some awesome homemade treats for my furry friends, which they love. Beau spends time talking to you and getting to know you and makes you feel like you've been friends for years, he always has nice things to say about the work I do to my buyers. He hears them say nice things about my homes and he passes those words to my new buyers, which makes me feel that all the work I do is so worth it. They get things done quickly ,I've never had any issues at a closing.. Beau takes the time to ensure you understand every thing and answers any questions you might have. I recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you for having a company I trust and believe in.
