Bankruptcy
I represent applicants and build plans for personal and business bankruptcies. No case is too large or too small for my law firm. I help individuals and organizations file under Chapters 7, 13 and 11, as well as under less-common sections of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
Other Practice Areas
I have extensive experience managing in resolving complex public and private disputes. This work has taken me to Hawaii courts, federal district courts and federal bankruptcy courts. My law firm handles both challenging and routine matters involving elder law, commercial disputes, litigation, appeals, trusts, corporate formation, deceptive practices, estate planning and ecclesiastical law, to name a few practice areas.
Education And Credentials
In addition to my legal degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, I also have multiple publication credits and a mediator certificate from the Center for Resolution of Environmental Disputes: an advanced credential requiring 200 hours of practical and academic training.
