Overview
Janice Heidt joined the firm in 2009 and has a breadth of experience with personal injury and medical negligence issues as well as trials, mediations and arbitrations to obtain the highest compensation for our clients. Ms. Heidt earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver School of Law in 1998 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1998 and the Hawaii Bar in 2008. Ms. Heidt is also an active member of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
In 1998 Ms. Heidt began working for Yosha Krahulik & Levy law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana where she gained experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law. There she handled and settled numerous personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, slip and fall, and medical malpractice. In addition, she worked on numerous trials, one of which resulted in a jury verdict against National Car Rental in excess of $5 million compensatory and $2 million punitive damages which was documented in the Wall Street Journal.
She enjoys sailing, boogie boarding, hiking, reading and swimming. She is married and is the proud mother of three boys.
