Jazmine Emerson - Honolulu, HI

Jazmine Emerson was born and raised in Kahuku, Hawaii and graduated from Kahuku High School as Valedictorian in 2013. Ms. Emerson received her B.A. in English cum laude from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, her M.P.A. from the Marriott School of Business, and J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School. During law school, she received several awards and scholarships including the Distinguished Clinical Practice Award and the American Samoan Bar Association Scholarship.

Ms. Emerson has extensive experience in divorce, paternity, and child support matters and is dedicated to providing thorough and zealous advocacy for her clients. She currently serves as the Secretary on the Young Lawyers Division Board, volunteers as a Volunteer Settlement Master (VSM), and has volunteered for Legal Lines and other community projects. She is an active member of the Family Law Section, Child Law Section, and Hawaii Filipino Lawyers Association. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with her two children. Ms. Emerson was selected for Best Lawyers Rising Stars 2026.
