Kamrie graduated from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law (“Richardson”) in 2021. During her time at Richardson, Kamrie received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in four courses. Kamrie served as Editor-in-Chief for Richardson’s Asian-Pacific Law and Policy Journal, worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Cory Lenz, and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research classes and Legal Writing (Lawyering Fundamentals) classes.
After law school and prior to practicing, Kamrie worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Henry T. Nakamoto of the Third Circuit Court of the State of Hawaiʻi, and the Honorable James H. Ashford of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaiʻi.
