Stuart Feeley brings to Bushnell Law Group deep experience in commercial litigation practice that centers on business and real estate cases. He's handled contract and lease disputes, unfair competition, construction defects and coverage claims. Stuart gives his clients positive results and solutions to often longstanding problems, ending in decisions that have brought millions in awards, settlements and negotiated agreements.

His litigation record in business, real estate and personal injury includes:

  • Outside counsel for the largest U.S. real estate franchise;
  • Regularly representing parties in real estate disputes and contract interpretation;
  • Tried breach of contract case for two weeks until defendant settled;
  • Successfully defended his client in stock fraud case (twice appealed);
  • Litigated numerous agreement-of-sale cases;
  • Represented business owner in high-value business defamation case;
  • Represented airline business owner in fraud litigation;
  • Successfully defended Princess Cruises and Holland America in Molokai access lawsuit;
  • Won 7 figure settlement for homeowners in contract dispute;
  • Represented Aloha Tower developer in rights litigation;
  • Represented hotel owners and businesses in lease termination;
  • Regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases; and
  • Advising companies on their business strategies.

In addition he's represented the FDIC in federal court for 7 years in civil litigation as a special counsel and as outside counsel for the Hawaii Insurance Commissioner in insurance insolvency cases. Reinsurers have turned to him for representation, too, in cases of medical insurance liquidation cases, while Chapter 11 debtors and trustees have relied on him repeatedly in both prosecuting and defending fraud litigation.
