Overview

Mark Gallagher graduated from Tufts University in 1985 with a B.A. in economics. He graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 1988 where he was the Case and Note Editor of the Annual Review of Banking Law. After practicing in Boston and Washington, D.C. with the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Small Business Administration, he began his Hawaii practice in 1993 where has been focused on personal injury cases. He is a member, and past director and officer of the Hawaii Association for Justice. He is a member and past director of the Hawaii State Bar Association and a member of its Attorney Client Relations Committee.
