Attorney Information
Overview
Raised in Minot, North Dakota, Allan R. Bosch is an accomplished Senior Attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Accredited Pension Administrator (APA). With a robust professional background extending to estate planning, tax compliance and planning, and qualified retirement plans, Allan exudes a resolute passion for his work. A self-professed “numbers nerd,” he thrives on engaging with clients to address financial, estate planning, and tax-related intricacies.
Prior to joining Gravis Law, Allan was a founding member of Capitol Law Group, PLLC. He also served as a senior tax manager for Touche Ross & Co. in Boise. Allan works with an extensive network of professionals to develop tax-favorable transactional and operational structures for his clients. While he has a lot to be proud of, he gets the most satisfaction out of helping surviving spouses get through their tough situation of losing a significant other and keeping their financial assets organized for their peace of mind.
When he’s away from the office, Allan enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, hiking, camping, volunteering at his church and Rotary club, and sitting on the deck of his cabin watching wildlife with a cup of coffee in the morning or a nice cocktail in the evening. Allan also stays busy by writing a variety of tax-related articles and getting involved in the community.
For instance, he holds the following titles: Board Member, Boise Housing Corporation, Erin Corp; Former Chairman of the Board, Idaho Youth Ranch, Inc.; Chairman, Advanced Estate Planning Conference (2002-2012); President, Boise Metro Rotary Club (Spring 2015); Adjunction Professor, Partnership Tax, University of Idaho School of Law (Spring 2017); Adjunct Professor, Law Practice Management, University of Idaho School of Law; and President, Boise Estate Planning Council (1996-1997).
