Overview
Connor joined the MWSS+ team in 2021 prior to his final year of law school and has continued to apply the substantial construction experience he gained from a young age to his practice. He has a passion for all aspects of construction, from design to completion, and enjoys assisting clients with issues that may arise throughout the process.
Connor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management with a minor in Business Administration from Oregon State University and worked for two large heavy civil general contractors prior to attending law school. During this time, his roles ranged from field engineer, estimator, and finally to project manager on complex heavy civil projects, primarily in Idaho and throughout the Western United States.
Connor graduated magna cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2022 with an emphasis in Business Law and Entrepreneurship. During law school, he was a member of the Idaho Law Review, received several Excellence for the Future Awards, and developed legal skills performing pro bono work for the Idaho Wildlife Federation. He also continued to work for a general contractor to help pay for law school.
When Connor is not working, he enjoys riding his dirt bike in the Boise Foothills and spending time with his family.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
