Overview
Erika has a strong track record of briefing and arguing complex matters in state and federal courts. Erika assists local and national clients of all sizes, focusing on complex civil litigation and appeals, including disputes arising from contracts, employment, construction defects, governmental liability, general negligence, trusts and estates. Prior to entering the private sector, Erika spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Ryan, Third Judicial District of Idaho, chambered in Caldwell, Idaho.
Erika was raised in Sandpoint, Idaho. Erika received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and in International Studies from the University of Idaho in 2005, and a juris doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2009. Prior to and during law school, Erika was a licensed Realtor.
Erika is a member of the Defense Research Institute, as well as the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel. Erika is also a member of the Litigation, Employment and Labor Law, and Taxation, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Idaho State Bar.
Erika is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Idaho, and the United States District Courts of Idaho.
