Patrick Mahoney is a Boise, Idaho based medical malpractice lawyer, birth injury attorney, and personal injury lawyer who graduated from the University of Washington and then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law where he received American Jurisprudence awards in Evidence and Constitutional law and where he served as an Editor on the Idaho Law Review. He began his career as a law clerk to two Idaho trial judges working in the trenches of the courtroom on large personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He then entered private practice where he worked for one of Idaho’s most prominent firms representing major entities in civil litigation, as well as being on the trial team for a successful $27 million class action - one of the largest of its kind in Idaho. Patrick then founded Mahoney Law, PLLC, where he has spent over two decades focused on medical negligence, birth injury, and personal injury litigation. He holds a 10.0 rating on Avvo, is recognized by Super Lawyers as a top medical malpractice lawyer in Idaho, and is a member of the American Association for Justice and Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, having received the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association's Champion for Civil Justice Award for his pro bono work on behalf of disadvantaged individuals.
