Overview
Susan received her B.A. in History and Anthropology and a certification in secondary education from the University of Idaho in 2004. She worked in the real estate industry in ethics enforcement and teaching classes until she pivoted to law school in 2020. During law school, Susan was a legal writing teaching assistant for first year law students, a managing editor of the Idaho Critical Legal Studies Journal, on the dean’s list, and graduated cum laude in 2023. Susan clerked for the Idaho Court of Appeals prior to joining Jones Williams Fuhrman Gourley, PA. She is admitted to practice in Idaho and the U.S. District Courts.
Susan made the leap into law to find ways to better serve her community and assist individuals with their legal needs. Susan’s life experience has taught her that when life gets complicated, having an advocate in your corner can be a game changer and strong communication is key. She is excited to serve her clients with kindness, thoroughness, and skilled representation in a variety of areas of law, from estate planning to real estate transactions.
In her free time, Susan enjoys hiking and camping in the Idaho wilderness, giving her a chance to slow down and appreciate the natural world.
