We represent clients from CDA and throughout northern Idaho in communities such as Sandpoint, Rathdrum, St. Maries, Bonners Ferry, Moscow, Post Falls, Kellogg, Wallace, Hayden, and the Spokane area in eastern Washington. We also represent clients from out-of-state dealing with legal matters in North Idaho.
As a law firm with diverse practice areas, we handle a variety of cases. We offer criminal defense before state and federal courts for those accused of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs, domestic violence, drug crimes, sex crimes, assault, theft, fish and game violations, and other charges. Our family law team focuses on contested and high net worth divorce cases, including issues related to it such as child custody, paternity, and guardianship.
