Jim has the skill and knowledge to successfully handle any person injury matter, including car, truck and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful deaths, pharmaceutical negligence and underinsured/uninsured motorist claims.
Jim has tried a number of personal injury matters to verdict. He has also participated in various arbitration and mediation proceedings.
