Our Founder, Jenét González Pequeño, was born in Chicago and raised in the suburbs. He has fond memories of his grandparents’ house in Palatine, Illinois and is also glad to have gone to kindergarten through high school graduation in the Wauconda school district; still having close friendships that he developed through those years. Jenét has given the law firm his blood, sweat, and tears in order to serve the firm’s clients to the highest levels of the law in either negotiated or trial resolutions. He ensures that he and his team have an unrelenting commitment to detail and professionalism, pursuing optimal results for our clients in every contested manner. Jenét graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2001 and from the University of Miami School of Law, (Coral Gables, Florida) in 2004, being licensed in 2004 after passing the bar exam on his first try.

Jenét values and understands what his clients are experiencing in their family struggles as he also grew up in a non-traditional family. Raised by a single mother of four and watching her work two jobs at a time, Jenét learned the essence of hard work, dedication, and later gratitude. This is what guides him and that he demand his associate attorneys provide to every person that comes to our firm.
