Associate Attorney, Richard Flores is a logical, efficient, and passionate advocate. Born and raised in Lake County and a native Spanish speaker he knows what it takes to be a trailblazer. When Richard was 15 years old, he started working in a law firm in downtown Chicago. His initiative and inner drive allowed him to graduate from Carthage College in just 3 years. In college, he competed in moot court and played on a nationally ranked soccer team - experiences that sharpened his preparation, competitiveness, and ability to perform under pressure. Richard is fearless in his representation of our clients and has trial skills ready when needed, while also a keen ability in obtaining negotiated results favoring our clients.

Richard attended the University of Illinois in Chicago School of Law, where he worked at a family and estate planning law firm and was exposed to a variety of legal matters and unique situations. Today, Richard’s passion for hard work drives his motivation to serve the best interests of his clients and seeks to make every experience personable. Richard knows our clients have options in their legal representation and seeks to out-service and out-perform other attorneys.
