Mr. Roseberry's experience includes a period of employment with the Illinois Department of Public Aid, Springfield, Illinois, as a Public Aid Income Maintenance Specialist. He also served in the Illinois Army National Guard at Camp Lincoln, Springfield, Illinois, from 1985 to 1993 as a medic and medical laboratory technician.
