Before pursuing law, Mr. Boeder served as an officer in the Army National Guard, including a deployment to Kosovo as part of KFOR, the international peacekeeping force. There, he commanded a platoon while also fulfilling the role of company executive officer, demonstrating leadership under demanding circumstances.
