Andrea Torgrimson - Chicago, IL

Andrea Torgrimson has worked tirelessly for her clients since 2017 at the Illinois Hammer. Andrea started in 2017 as an associate attorney and, through her diligence and dedication to clients, has been promoted to Junior Partner. She has helped hundreds of clients financially recover from the personal injuries they’ve sustained, and is excited to bring that passion and commitment to our firm.

Andrea comes to us all the way from New Mexico! She received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law. While in undergrad, Andrea worked in a hospital. After witnessing first-hand the injuries sustained by people, through no fault of their own, and how much help they needed, she realized her passion was to work as an attorney in the realm of personal injury.

Andrea currently specializes in litigation, especially for premises liability cases. Early in Andrea’s career, she was drawn to more complex cases, particularly those where establishing liability took substantial effort and thorough investigation of evidence. Andrea knew from the first trial she attended that she wanted to specialize in litigation and fighting for people in court.

When she’s not working for the betterment of her clients, she enjoys attending food festivals, spending time with her furry friends, and binging TV shows with her husband. Andrea also plays indoor beach volleyball throughout the year, enjoys running, biking, and cooking.

Andrea feels extremely passionate about her clients’ causes and is driven to help others who are in need. She doesn’t take no for an answer and is unafraid of confrontation.
