She is licensed to practice before the USPTO and has prosecuted patents, registered trademarks and acted as counsel for litigation before the USPTO and TTAB. She has more than 15 years of commercial litigation experience, including representing clients in multi-million dollar litigation trade secret litigation, insurance defense and contractual matters.

We are a full service Law Firm dedicated to medium and small-sized businesses. We specialize in Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law and Business Formation, Intellectual Property, Patent Law, Insurance Litigation and Financial Markets Litigation. Over the years, our clients have entrusted us with complex commercial litigation and have retained our firm as their Corporate Counsel of record.
