Overview
Dan is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Chicago Kent College of Law, where he was a Fellow of the Chicago Kent Law Review and a Fellow of the Order of the Coif. Dan has also published multiple chapters for, and lectured for, the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Dan has been a litigator for over twenty years, during which time he has honed his practice and worked in various areas, including labor law, tenants' rights, foreclosure defense, and consumer fraud. Dan has extensive litigation experience, handling cases from intake to trial. Dan proudly acknowledges that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to advocacy. He believes that every client and every case requires meticulous attention to detail, tailoring the case and the desired remedy to each individual client. Dan has handled over a thousand cases, ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to over $10,000,000.
