In 2026, Mr. Jasinski was part of the Clifford Law Offices trial team that obtained a record $7.25 million Cook County jury verdict on behalf of a 32-year-old woman who underwent a hysterectomy following negligent complications during an unplanned cesarean section and delayed recognition of a postpartum hemorrhage. Following a two-week trial, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff that established a Cook County record for a hysterectomy case.
His results also include a $3 million settlement obtained in 2025 for the family of a young man who died in the Cook County Jail following a failure to provide standard mental health and medical care. In another medical malpractice matter, Mr. Jasinski helped obtain a $1 million settlement involving the death of a 76-year-old man who developed MRSA bacteremia and an MRSA urinary tract infection after undergoing prostate surgery without treatment for previously documented MRSA.
Mr. Jasinski’s experience extends to federal civil rights and correctional healthcare litigation.
