Our practice encompasses many areas, including intellectual property, computer and information industry matters, corporate transactional matters, real estate leasing, employment matters, collection matters, antitrust and trade regulation, licensing, sales and distribution matters, and all varieties of commercial litigation and arbitration.
The firm was founded in 1990 as a spin-off of a major Chicago law firm. All of our partners have "big firm" experience and we like to think we have transported the best of big firm law practice into a more accessible small firm environment.
