Overview
Clint Shivers is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office, where he advises management-side clients on labor and employment law, as well as defense claims under the Federal Employers Liability Act and the Federal Rail Safety Act in state and federal courts.
Clint counsels employers and human resource professionals on a wide range of day-to-day matters, including employee discipline, disability accommodations, leave administration, and workplace policies. He has handled matters under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA, the NLRA, and the WARN Act, as well as their state and local counterparts. He also has experience with EEOC position statements and arbitration proceedings.
Outside of the office, Clint is a cinephile with a genuine passion for film. He also enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene.
