Ms. Salvi has played a key role in some of the firm’s most significant and groundbreaking cases, including:
- $148 million jury verdict – Obtained as part of a trial team representing a dancer who was paralyzed after a pedestrian shelter collapsed on her at O’Hare International Airport. The verdict is the highest compensatory verdict awarded to an individual plaintiff in Illinois history.
- $79.85 million jury verdict – Obtained in 2024 as part of a trial team representing the family of a 10-year-old girl who was killed following an unauthorized police pursuit in Chicago’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood.
- $45 million settlement – Secured in 2024 for a teenage boy who suffered catastrophic brain injuries following a crash caused by an improper police pursuit. According to the Jury Verdict Reporter, the verdict and settlement represent the highest reported results for police pursuit crashes in Illinois.
Through these cases and others, Ms. Salvi has demonstrated her ability to handle complex litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and significant damages.

Ms. Salvi earned her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She earned her undergraduate degree in European History, cum laude, from Pacific Union College.
