Overview

Emily is a final-year law clerk at Trauma Lawyers and a recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She assists attorneys with legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, case preparation, and litigation support. She will sit for the Illinois Bar Examination in July 2026.

Before joining Trauma Lawyers, Emily clerked with the Citizen Advocacy Center, the Shriver Center on Poverty Law, and the Chicago Appleseed Center for Fair Courts. Prior to law school, she spent four years working with Amnesty International Ireland, supporting human rights advocacy efforts.

Emily earned her Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Political Science from Lewis & Clark College and her Master's degree in Equality Studies from University College Dublin. During law school, she served on the board of Loyola's Stand Up for Each Other (SUFEO) program and as Vice President of the Public Interest Law Society.
