Overview

Jason Fura is an experienced trial attorney in civil and criminal litigation. He has completed almost 40 trials over his 18-year career and has an exceptional record of success at trial.

Before joining McNabola and Associates, Mr. Fura defended hundreds of medical professionals in malpractice actions, Class I Railroads in catastrophic accident cases, FELA and other transportation-related matters, and corporations named in product liability lawsuits. Mr. Fura has also defended physicians before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Prior to beginning his practice in Illinois, Mr. Fura was a Public Defender in Miami-Dade County. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998, the Illinois Bar in 1999, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2000. He received his B.B.A. in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.
