Throughout his career as a trial attorney, Jeffrey has established an impressive record of advocacy, recovering more than $75 million on behalf of injured clients. His practice has been dedicated to representing hardworking men and women, particularly members of the labor community, including carpenters, laborers, roofers, mechanics, ironworkers, asbestos workers, chemical operators, truck drivers, and school administrators. He has proudly represented members of multiple unions, including Laborers Locals 751, 996 and 32, Ironworkers Locals 1, 63, 444 and 498, Carpenter's Local 10, IBEW Local 15, and Operating Engineers Local 150. Jeffrey’s extensive trial experience and longstanding commitment to representing working families enables him to provide strategic, results-driven advocacy while pursuing the full and fair compensation his clients are entitled to receive.
Jeffrey represents clients in a wide range of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, including construction and workplace injuries, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, falls, slip and fall accidents, repetitive injuries, occupational injuries and wrongful death claims. His experience includes cases involving serious back, neck, shoulder, knee, and other orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, fractures, and injuries requiring multiple surgeries or resulting in permanent restrictions and an inability to return to a former occupation. He has also successfully handled complex and disputed claims involving pre-existing conditions, denied medical treatment, contested benefits, and death resulting from workplace exposure or work-related conditions. Through extensive litigation and trial experience, Jeffrey advocates for injured workers and their families in pursuing the benefits and compensation to which they are entitled.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
