Overview
One devastating personal injury case that stands out is a Worker’s Compensation case that involved a client by the name of Oscar. Oscar was electrocuted while attempting to move a cabinet full of batteries that had fallen over inside a delivery truck while he was at work. He was 40 years old at the time with a wife and three children.
