Inspired by his father’s dedication to helping those in need, Mr. Schostok continues that legacy while building his own reputation as a skilled trial attorney. Although he follows in his father’s footsteps, he has earned recognition through his own commitment to thorough preparation, strong advocacy, and achieving meaningful outcomes for injured clients.

Mr. Schostok earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016 before receiving his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2019. During law school, he was a member of Chicago-Kent’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Team, where he developed valuable courtroom skills through intensive trial preparation and advocacy training.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Schostok gained valuable litigation experience as a law clerk. He first joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard as a law clerk, working alongside the firm’s attorneys on high-profile cases and trials. Prior to that, he spent two and a half years as a law clerk at another prominent Chicago personal injury firm, gaining firsthand experience with the preparation and strategy required to successfully handle high-stakes litigation.

Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Schostok has obtained significant settlements and verdicts for clients facing life-changing injuries and losses.

His notable results include:

• $15.75 million settlement for a Florida man who suffered a leg amputation following a forklift collision.
• $15 million settlement for a motorcyclist who suffered an above-the-knee amputation after a collision.
