Nicole Willman is a dedicated Personal Injury Protection (PIP) attorney at Demesmin and Dover PLLC, where she represents clients in all aspects of PIP litigation, from negotiations and settlements to trials. With extensive experience handling a substantial caseload, Nicole manages cases from inception through post-trial, delivering effective legal strategies and advocacy for her clients. Before joining Demesmin and Dover, Nicole worked at Loan Lawyers, representing clients in foreclosure defense. She provided critical legal guidance to those facing foreclosure, advocating against mortgage lenders and housing associations. Nicole’s diverse background also includes running her own law office, where she advised healthcare businesses on regulatory compliance and defended against administrative actions.

Nicole’s passion for the law extends beyond her work in PIP and foreclosure. As an in-house trial attorney at Kemper Corporation, she honed her skills in trial preparation, client communication, and settlement negotiations. Her expertise also covers commercial litigation, health law, and regulatory enforcement, having served as Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), where she defended state enforcement actions and licensure hearings.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Born and raised in Miami, Nicole is fluent in both English and Spanish, offering bilingual legal services to her clients. Outside the office, she enjoys immersing herself in art, music, and traveling.
