Robert Bieniek - Chicago, IL

Robert Bieniek has been an associate attorney at Walner Law since 2015. He focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability. He has obtained thousands of settlements for clients in and out of court, including $525,000 for a severe neck injury; $225,000 for a minor pedestrian impact; and $250,000 for surgical shoulder repair to name a few.

Robert works diligently to address each case that comes into the office in early-stage liability reviews, works with the implementation of new technologies at the firm, and works for reductions on medical bills in the settlement stage of his cases all while also balancing his caseload of injury matters in lawsuit, in arbitration, or in insurance claim stages.

Every case is different and requires its own level of investigation, medical treatment, communication, and negotiation and Robert works to provide a fair and just resolution for each of his clients.

Robert received his juris doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in May 2014. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He completed his undergraduate degree at Simpson College in Iowa in May 2011, where he majored in political science and mathematics, while also playing baseball.

Robert has been married since 2022 to his lovely wife Chelsea and recently welcomed their newborn daughter Ezra in 2023 who adorably keeps him from getting good sleep. In addition to practicing law and being a husband and dad, Robert has delved into performing stand-up comedy in previous years, playing is softball leagues, and playing Dungeons & Dragons in his spare time.
