Ms. Goodwin joined the firm after graduating from law school, and was made a named partner in 2004. Ms. Goodwin was Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Consumer Law Committee from 2007 - 2010, and she has been on the faculty of the Practicing Law Institute’s Consumer Financial Services Institute in Chicago for the past few years, speaking on issues relating to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and mortgage litigation. Ms. Goodwin is also a frequent speaker at the Chicago Bar Association, speaking on topics such as how to assist consumers with credit reporting problems.
