Daniel E. Lifka, born Berwyn, IL, 1963; admitted to bar in 1995; Bradley University (B.S., 1984); legal education, Chicago - Kent College of Law (J.D., 1995) with honors. Daniel entered the legal profession after a successful career in the consulting and financial services sectors. From 1985 until 1988 he was employed as a consultant with a public accounting & consulting firm where he participated in client engagements primarily in the government and health care industries. In 1988, Daniel moved to a large financial services firm where he rose to a position as Business Development Director. In this capacity, he managed the firm's strategic and tactical business plans for new technology products and negotiated and managed strategic partnerships in this area. Daniel began his practice of law as a sole practitioner in 1995, and in January of 1996 he joined with Deborah P. Lifka as a founding partner of LIFKA & LIFKA. His practice areas include: estate planning, wills & trusts, probate, estate and trust administration, and corporate & business law.
