Cody Marvin is the managing attorney with the firm. He graduated from the Evergreen State College and the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has been representing Social Security disability claimants since 2009, has argued several cases at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and has worked on hundreds of appeals in the Federal District Courts within the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). Cody serves on NOSSCR's Amicus Participation Committee, and has written amicus briefs in cases at the Supreme Court of the United States in support of the interests of Social Security claimants.
